Acting as an Owner’s Representative I will fill the technical void of not having in-house engineering expertise. I will work directly with your key business partners, suppliers, contractors, consultants, landlords and officials to ensure your goals and objectives are being addressed and achieved.

Acting as a Contractor’s Technical Expert I will ensure your interests are being represented, not just those of the consultant’s or subcontractor’s. I will review drawings to identify design issues, address problems in the field, provide progress punchlists and help to Closeout MEP efficiently.

Acting as a Consultant’s Extension I will partner and work cohesively to serve the needs of your in-house team. I can provide additional technical expertise and representation regionally to efficiently and effectively meet planned and unexpected workloads.

As of October 1, 2021, the California Energy Commission has required that all newly installed mechanical equipment or changeouts is tested and accepted by a certified ATT before receiving an occupancy permit.

This benefits the Owner as it not only serves to validate that the installed equipment not only meets regulatory requirements but also functions as intended.
